How we turned an idea into the AI agent platform that answers, qualifies and converts real estate leads around the clock in four languages — now in production across 11 markets.

PropPilot came to us with one conviction: in real estate, whoever replies first wins the sale. We built everything else — the product, the multi-tenant architecture, AI agents grounded in each client’s own knowledge base, and global billing. Today it stands toe to toe with American enterprise software.
The challenge
A buyer messages five agencies at midnight at the same time. The one that answers first gets the deal. The others never even learn the buyer existed.
Agencies were taking hours to reply to a first message. By then the buyer was already talking to a competitor — or had simply lost interest. Worse, in Dubai leads arrive at any hour from every time zone, so covering the nights with people was unworkable, and not covering them was expensive.
On top of that, a single portfolio meant four languages at once — English, Arabic, Spanish and Portuguese — all served at the same standard. That demanded more than a handful of multilingual sales reps.
Our approach
We didn’t build a bot. We designed and built the full product: conversational agents grounded in each agency’s own knowledge, a multi-tenant dashboard for hundreds of agencies, real-time analytics and global monetisation.
Every agency deploys agents trained on its own portfolio. The agents answer, qualify and book viewings without anyone touching a keyboard, drawing on listings, floor plans, prices and FAQs that are indexed automatically so responses use real project data rather than guesses.
All of it sits on an architecture built to scale without being rewritten — data isolation per agency over Postgres row-level security, region-aware pricing, and the operational tooling an enterprise buyer expects.
